- Advertising lead forms, such as forms you submit through Google or Facebook/Meta ads
We may also receive basic technical information when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser and device information, and pages you visit. This technical information is typically collected through cookies and similar technologies used by us or our service providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries you send through our website or advertising lead forms
- Preparing and sending estimates for requested services
- Scheduling and managing services, including reminders and follow-ups
- Communicating with you about your services, questions, and updates

We use personal information only for these business-related purposes or for other purposes that are reasonably related to them.
3. Customer Records and Retention
Website estimate requests and associated contact information are stored in Wix. We also use Jobber to manage customer information and service records.
We keep personal information and service records for as long as needed for our business purposes, including responding to inquiries, providing and managing services, maintaining our records, and meeting any applicable record-keeping requirements. We do not currently follow a fixed schedule for deleting or anonymizing records.
4. How We Share Information
We may share personal information in the following ways:
Service providers and business tools
We use third-party tools to help run our business, including:
- Wix, which provides our estimate forms, submission storage, notifications, and customer contact tools
- OpenAI Sites, which hosts this redesigned website
- Jobber, which we use to help manage quotes, scheduling, and customer communication
- Google, which we use for services such as Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram), which we use for advertising and to receive leads from forms you submit on those platforms
These providers may process personal information in connection with the services they provide to us and their own services. Their use of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.
Legal and safety
We may share information if we believe it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes; to respond to lawful requests from authorities; or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
Business changes
If we are involved in a business transaction (such as a merger, sale of assets, or reorganization), personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, where permitted by law.
We do not sell customer information or provide customer lists to other businesses for their own marketing.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website and some of the services we use may rely on cookies and similar technologies. These technologies can help the site function, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the general performance of our advertising.
We use a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. Advertising and analytics storage are disabled by default on this website. The Wix form uses browser storage to maintain an anonymous visitor session needed for form functionality. We do not send the contact details entered in our estimate form to the Google tag.
We also use Facebook/Meta advertising tools to run ads and receive leads from forms you submit on those platforms. This is separate from tracking visitors on our website.
You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, such as blocking or deleting cookies. If you disable certain cookies, some parts of the site may not function properly.
6. Your Choices
You have certain choices about how we use your information:
- Email and text communications. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential messages at any time by replying to our message or contacting us at BTSCleanFL@gmail.com.
- Updating your information. If you want to update or correct your contact details, you can contact us at BTSCleanFL@gmail.com.
- Cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers also offer tools to limit tracking.
If you have questions about your information or want to make a request, please contact us at BTSCleanFL@gmail.com.
7. Information for Children
Our services and website are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at BTSCleanFL@gmail.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the content on this page to reflect the new version.
